Thanks, Keith. I was thinking about this today. We should have a
project layout sheet ready soon to confirm the new work. I want this to
include a bridge section showing the 2 stages of construction.

Dave,
City council approved both our contract amendment and the restriction to
one-way traffic eastbound across the bridge during the Southwestern
Blvd. project.
You will receive your copy of the executed contract shortly.
Please begin the design effort as outlined in our agreement, including
the reduction in pavement width to 41'. We hope to see this project
under construction as soon as possible.

Keith, I trust the contract modification format was OK. We mailed two
originals out yesterday. I will be out o town from the 7th until the
13th (back in the office on the 14th). If you have questions or need
