ST0701-CS090319 Page 1 of 1 Keith Marvin - Re: Southwestern Blvd. From:Ken Griffin     To:Ben Chessar     Date:3/19/2009 5:51 PM     Subject:Re: Southwestern Blvd.     CC:Dave Littleton;  Keith Marvin       Ben   Sorry for the delay.  Currently, most utilities are relocated or in the process, except for a school fiber optic on TXU poles.  We are working with the school vendor to obtain a timeline.  Revised plans are in and both sections are at 95% complete.  I've spent my time trying to go through the AIA documents and match them up with COG standards to try to eliminate any conflicting information and ensure that the final product meets our standards.   Keith is out for Spring Break this week, but I'll have him contact you next week to provide a more detailed status of the plans.  Sometimes, 95% plans have addressed all issues and the submitting engineer is waiting on the City to agree before they call them 100%.   Keith's update will also provide the latest on the utility relocates that I may not be aware of.   Ken Griffin, P.
