We went out here yesterday to complete the fiber splicing on
Southwestern but we could not do it. Please see the attached pics. A
power line came loose from their pole and it dropped down below our line
and was arching on our fiber. We have called Oncor to report this. We
have a new date scheduled for the May 7th but Oncor has to fix this b -4
we can go out there and also it is going to need to dry up out there as
we cant get our trucks out in the field where our lines are on the west
end of the Southwestern. Just wanted to keep you in the loop.

Here are the pictures of the power line that is hanging at the splice
location that is needed for the Coppell relo. This will need to be
resolved prior to getting to this; power line is hot and was arcing as
it touched the strand with fiber on it.
