COMMENTS:
At the time of the visit clearing and grubbing were under construction. Silt fence was installed to the north side
of the road from the bridge to Belt Line Road. A few gravel and dirt stockpiles were poured in the site. Traffic
control is insufficient and shall be improved. Check dams shall be installed in the creek per plans as soon as
possible. A big hole is open and no protection around it. Shall be protected immediately. See pictures.
