Jorge,
Thank you for sending me a copy of your field report. However I found a couple of the comments in your report to
be inaccurate. First the check dams were installed on 8-24-09 and inspected by the City for compliance, second
the comment on insufficient traffic control is inaccurate we have all traffic control per plan and we are installing an
additional Road Work Ahead sign in front of the Dairy Queen the only signs not installed were along S. Coppell
due to a conflict with that on going project also the project signs with the contractors name and logo are currently
being made and should be installed soon. I will continue to monitor all safety issues and rectify them immediately.
