DIRECTIONS GIVEN TO CONTRACTOR OR OTHER CONVERSATIONS WITH CONTRACTOR:
I spoke with Kody Harris in regard the construction progress and other related construction issues. Both were
concern about the existing pole that is feeding the lighted school sign. We recommend removing the pole and
looking for a different alternative to replace this sign as soon as possible.
COMMENTS:
At the time of the visit clearing, grubbing and grading were under construction. Silt fence was installed to the
north side of the road from the bridge to Belt Line Road and also at both sides of the creek. Water main was
installed from Coppell Road to the creek and service connections to the north side. Storm drain pipes and
outlets were installed from Coppell Road to the Creek and also from the east side of the creek to the 6 ft.
Manhole at Sta. 1 +06.1. A few gravel and dirt stockpiles were poured in the site. The existing pole that is
feeding the lighted school sign is inclined and shall be removed. City should provide a temporary alternative
as soon as possible. See pictures.
