DIRECTIONS GIVEN TO CONTRACTOR OR OTHER CONVERSATIONS WITH CONTRACTOR:
We coordinate the work progress to sign the monthly payment application report.
COMMENTS:
At the time of the visit clearing, grubbing and grading were under construction. Water main and wastewater
are under construction from the bridge to Belt Line Road. All service connections to the north side are done.
Storm drain is under construction from Coppell Road to the bridge. Inlet protection was damaged and need to
be reinstalled. A few gravel and dirt stockpiles were poured in the site. Drilled shaft foundations are under
construction. The existing pole that is feeding the lighted school sign is inclined and shall be relocated.
Contractor shall coordinate with the City relocation as needed. See pictures.
