Checked in and explained what I was doing.
COMMENTS:
At the time of the visit the bridge abutments and the drainage were under construction. Storm lines from
Coppell Rd. to Grapevine Creek seem to be in place. The majority of line A, east of the creek seems to be
installed. No signs of line B were visible. The water and waste water mains seemed to mostly complete on
both sides of the creek. The temporary road west of the creek has been constructed and in use. There has
been no road pavement or earthwork done at this time.
