WEATHER AND SITE CONDITIONS: Cool, Sunny and Dry EQUIPMENT ON JOBSITE: Earth moving equipments Excavation equipments STORED MATERIALS: Dirt, gravel, storm drain, waste water and water pipes WORK IN PROGRESS: Earthwork, water, waste water, storm drain, and sub -grade preparation. Road detour was built. LABOR FORCE ON JOBSITE: Kody Harris (Lacy), Keith Marvin (City of Coppell Engineer Department) and Rick (City Inspector), equipment operators and laborers. DIRECTIONS GIVEN TO CONTRACTOR OR OTHER CONVERSATIONS WITH CONTRACTOR: We coordinate the work progress to sign the monthly payment application report. Contractor proposes water main relocation at Belt Line connection. We discuss alternatives to verify advantages and disadvantages. We will prepare two alternatives with the proposed layouts. There are five AT &T communication conduits in conflict at the Storm Drain connection with the existing Junction Box. Contractor will coordinate with the utility company possible conduits relocation. We will also check if there are possible storm drain alternatives. COMMENTS: At the time of the visit sub -grade preparation for the road was under construction. Water main and wastewater are under construction from the bridge to Belt Line Road. All service connections to the north side are done. Storm drain is under construction from the bridge to Belt Line. Inlet protections and erosion control look good. A few gravel and dirt stockpiles were poured in the site. Drilled shaft foundations for phase one is done. The existing pole that is feeding the lighted school sign is inclined and shall be relocated. Contractor shall coordinate with the City relocation as needed. See pictures.
