Maintenance Repairs Required
Dear Mr. Harris:
Representatives of the City of Coppell recently conducted an inspection of the paving and utilities
installed during the referenced project. Below are several important items that need your attention
immediately, as follows:
1.) Backfill behind curb from bridge to the west, both sides of Southwestern Blvd., to the
west end of the property @ 420 Southwestern.
2.) Fix broken sanitary sewer pads and readjust several clean outs to grade; add backfill
around clean outs and meter cans.
3.) Remove rebar at west driveway of 420 Southwestern, north of the sidewalk.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience with the date your crew will be onsite to remedy
these deficiencies.
