After reviewing the attached sketch we believe Alternative #2 would be the preferred option. This would require
removing 30 linear feet of shrubs. Also this would not incur any additional cost unless we are required to replace
the shrubs.

Please see the attached sketch showing two water main relocation alternatives as we talked yesterday. Please
provide to Pac Trust any impact of the construction cost with these alternatives, and also request approval from
Mat Oyen prior to any field work. Also provide how many linear feet of the existing bushes shall be removed and
relocated. As soon as we have approval from Mat Oyen how to proceed, we will provide in two days the
requested drawing to the City. Please call me for any clarification.
