Jorge,
I suggest we make this a "Utility Easement" and that we limit it to the area I have highlighted. I see no reason to overlay
an existing UE with a new one. I also don't think we need to expand the footprint of the existing easements in the area.
I'm also attaching our standard language for easement dedication. This is essentially the same language that is applied to
the plat when easements are dedicated by plat. Halff will need to prepare the exhibits to go along with this dedication
instrument. The area in question is currently a Drainage Easement, and we would just overlay the necessary area with a
Utility Easement to contain the proposed water line location.

The attached sketch shows the proposed 15 ft water easement layout. Could you please check and let me know if it is
acceptable. I would also like from you to send me the front language that the City want to use for said easement.
Could you also let me know about the approval of the updated sanitary sewer (Sheet C5.04r)
