After reviewing the original attached drawing; the cost of the proposed work will be $900. This
includes potholing and surveying the 3 locations shown in the drawing.

We were checking possible waste water stub outs locations and we are pretty tied at the existing 24" water
crossing locations. The attached sketch shows three possible stub out locations, but we need to verify the top
elevations of the existing 24 " water main at the clouded locations. We are giving approximate coordinate values
at these locations. We are trying to connect the stub outs to the proposed manholes. Please provide this
information as soon as you can to move forward on this issue.

All of these locations are pretty tied for crossing basically with the 24" water main. We have to check
which one would work best but I think that the best option should be two stub outs (stub #1 and #3) if both
work.
