As long as we have the easement filed prior to completion of the project we should be fine.

Keith - per our quick conversation this morning, I spoke with our
in-house legal folks and verified that we do not have any issues with
the proposed easement language, or area. Once you have had an
opportunity to review the legal descriptions that Halff is preparing and
verify that everything is acceptable to the City we will sign the
documents for recording.
Please let us know if you need anything additional from our team to be
able to approve the proposed revised water main routing.

The easement documents will need to be filed at Dallas County. We would
like to look at it before you file it.
Also, Rick called me looking for a drawing clarifying the 8" water
layout around Bullock. Do you have anything on that?

We have plan to finish the water easement by tomorrow. Could you please
let me know if we have to submit to the City for filing, otherwise how
do we have to proceed.
