Please proceed with pot holing each side on a T &M basis. Please also provide us with the pricing information
tomorrow for crossing #1 and #3, so that we have the information to make decisions on placement of any
potential laterals before next week.
Thanks,
Matt

Dave,
On location # 1 we will not be able to expose the 24" water where it shown to be pot holed. This location is in the
center of the temporary detour that is currently under traffic. With that said we can pot hole the 24" water east and
west of the detour and project an elevation based on that information. Please let me know if this is how you would
like us to proceed. This work will take place first thing in the morning.
Thanks,

Kody - Given the status of your pavement layout can you please provide us with an estimate for completing the
crossings at location #1 and #3. Our desire would be to construct both of these locations to provide future
flexibility based on our conversations with Halff. However, given your status with the pavement I would like to
know what the cost implications are associated with constructing crossing #1. 1 know Halff was also working with
the City to see what would be required to approve these crossings, so that we can see what the true timing
implications are. I was also wondering what the status of the field verification at the crossings with the existing
water lines is.
Please give me a call when you have a moment to discuss.
Thanks,
Matt

Hi guys
I visited the site yesterday afternoon and the rebar in the crossing area of stub out # 1 are in place. As I
mentioned on my yesterday email, I strongly recommend an stub out in this area, so the rebar in place is in
conflict with the stub out. Please call Dave or me to discuss how to proceed. Please see the attached pictures.
Thanks
Jorge Rodriguez, P.E.
