Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have reviewed the attached letter and are transmitting herein
our comments. We have no objections to the proposed lake and
temporary channel improvements as long as: the applicant provides
proof of written notice to ths adjacent landowner of the pending
channel improvements and the potential affects of this channel on
the property; and all of these facilities remain on private
property with private maintenance.
We feel that if the adjoining property owner can be attributed
future responsibilities in this matter, as per Mr. Parche's
letter, then they should have an opportunity to comment on the
proposed improvements.
