we have received a complaint on the entrance to Dairy Queen off of Southwestern Blvd. There is a issue with the road
caving in by the drive apron, will you please let me know if it is Dairy Queens issue or the Cities, thank you for your help.

Attached are the photos taken of the DQ entrance off Southwestern. I pulled up the aerial view on the GIS EMS mapping system
(also attached) and it looks like this might be right -of -way? Please let me know what you think or if this is something the City
would maintain.
