I talked to Fred Cawyer (TDLR inspector) in regard how to proceed with the TAS inspection and he request that
the contractor issue a letter stating that in the best of his knowledge the cross slopes in the areas noted during
the ADA inspection were fixed for compliance. Also a point that I did not verify was if the tree and bush that
encroached into the new sidewalk was removed. Please include in your letter.
I took some pictures today and one time I receive your letter, I'll attach as a confirmation that everything noted
on the TAS inspection report was fixed for compliance. Please give me a call if any question
