Matt,
I believe the repairs have all been made. Halff Associates may want to visit the site again, but I believe they can send in
the form indicating that all deficiencies noted during the TDLR inspection have been corrected. At this time, we believe the
project to be complete. We will issue a Final Acceptance Letter shortly. The two year maintenance period will begin on the
date of the Final Acceptance.

Kody - Have you been out to the site to review the walkway cross slopes in the areas noted during the ADA inspection on
Southwestern Boulevard? If so what is the current status of those areas as well as the walkway repairs at the bridge.
