Our CAD operator said that on this file there are only 12 dots without any reference. I would like confirmation is these dots
are the pull boxes on Southwestern, because the plans only show 8. I would also like to know how I can reference this file
to our plans because there is to the south of Southwestern. If you would please tell your guy to contact Michael Almaguer
