I have not assessed fees for this project yet. We just received plans on Friday. Once I review them I will assess
the fees and let you know. Our review process is 3 weeks, I will probably not get to them until sometime next
week.

Amy, there is a pretty good chance that the fees have not been assessed yet. I think this is a
fairly recent P&Z case. If it has not been through the process entirely and had plans submitted to
Engineering, there would be nothing to base the assessment on yet. I've copied Mike Garza on
this & he would know for sure where they are in the submittal process.

By the way, the folder containing all recent fee assessments (within the past 2-3 years) is here
J:\1- Engineering\DEVFEES\FeeSummary.
I sent an email to Carla this morning to alert her that we've changed the location of some files
lately, but I'm sorry I missed you with the message. Let me know if you need anything further.

I'm not sure if I'm looking at the J/drive correctly, but I'm trying to determine impact fees, etc., for a new
commercial building at Lot 3R, Block 5 of Parkwest Commerce Center. Can you point me in the right
direction?
