RE: FW: Stabilization Status
That is how I would see it. This would not be dissimilar to how we would handle it whether, or not there
was a maintenance bond in place for most of our public projects. The key difference is what would the
City's recourse be if they felt we were not adequately addressing any maintenance questions. This would
obviously not be our intent, but I can't recall how this is addressed in the purchase agreement, so I will
review it tomorrow and follow up with you.
Thanks,
Matt

Ok. That means we call you with any maintenance issues within the two-year warranty period, and you
will contact Lacy?

Keith - Based on our conversation the last time we met with you and Ken my understanding was that we
would not have a maintenance bond. The warranty under the purchase agreement would be all that was
required along with the standard workmanship/defect warranties under our agreement with Lacy.
Thanks,
Matt

I'll talk with Rick and Halff about it today at the TDLR inspection. I did receive your pay request, and we
are processing it.
What did we ever decide in terms of maintenance bonds?

I just wanted to check in with you on the status of potential acceptance for our ROW seeding based on the
response from Kody on last weeks status.
Thanks,
Matt
