For drainage purposes, there is a borrow ditch/swale between his house and the back of curb. I think he is
requesting that the city mow that drainage swale. I'll have keith verify tomorrow and get you some pictures.

City notified Mr. Soto of need to cut grass on my property. Lawn Tractor is broken. I've been trying to get it fixed all week.
Will take care of the yard this weekend. If the City can mow the high grass in the culvert, that would be greatly
appreciated.
