Clay >>> "kmoore" <kent.moore3@verizon.net> 9/5/2010 2:53 PM >>> Clay: With no parking on Southwestern, people park in the center lane now. The times Ihave seen this, it has been people related to construction project. Driving speeds of motorists have been acceptable. The grass that was removed was Bermuda. I cannto tellwhat the area is seeded with now. I noticed that property in front of Pinkerton received a strip of Bermuda sod. The gap from the ingress to the existing driveways received different treatment on both Southwestern and Coppell Road. In the case of the properties in my section, the gap was filled with soil (not gravel). Soto received some blacktop on one entrance. The other is already showing erosion. Mine has not eroded yet, but it is only a matter of time since when it rains the tires cause the mud to be depressed. Driveways on Coppell Road received concrete additions to connect with existing concrete driveways. Understandble since the distance was not great. Construction vehicles were driven onto my property and in the easement, which now leave depressed areas from tires sinking into the soft soil. I brought this to the attention of the construction foreman during the construction and asked if the land would be returned to its original condition. I was told that it would not be. "It isn't part of the plan".  Evidently removing the trash was not either. While cutting the grass, my tractor picked up a long piece file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4C8604B5City_of...9/7/2011 Page 2 of 2 of twine (with copped wire int he middle) which is now firmly lodged around my tractor blade. It will take hours to get it lose, and I may have to remove the entire balde mechanism. The cord was under a bush hidden from my view. Prior to that I had walked the yard to pick up all the junk they had left behind. This has not been a pleasant expereince because there were shortcuts done that have left residents nt hsi section fo the street with additional work to return our property to original condition. I am not pleased. Kent file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4C8604B5City_of...9/7/2011
