I have not heard back on the scheduling of the TDLR inspection. Have you requested the inspection yet?

I have plan to submit the AS BUILT drawings to the City this week. I followed the construction sets with the mark-ups that
Kody Harris gave to me. He told me that you went with him making your mark-ups on this sets. Please let me know if you
request to review prior to submitting final ones to the City.

Please coordinate your as-built work with Rick O'Dell. He'll need to review and sign off on preliminary as-builts prior to
submitting final ones to the city. Final submittal will be one set of mylars, one set of black line drawings, and a CD with
CADD files for both projects.

as soon as you provide the requested mark-ups.

I wanted to see if you have begun coordination on final as-builts and close out documents. I am assuming that we are
close enough to complete at this point that we could begin preparation of the as-built drawings. Obviously we would like to
close out this project with the City as quickly as possible and would ask that you coordinate on the as-built effort if you
have not already done so.
