Dave,
We received a complaint today from a business owner on Southwestern Blvd. He has complained that
your surveyor is cutting brush and leaving it on his property. Rick O'Dell, city inspector, asked the
surveyor to remove the brush, and he was told that that was "not in Halff's contract".
I find this answer unacceptable. I would like to see Halff make contact with the property owner prior to
entering their property, and clean up after themselves when they are done.
I'll be back in my office around 11:00 if you want to discuss this.
