to get the Houston ~rty's signature by the July 4th holiday, then she could take the

Dear Russell:
I have just finished the final negotiating conference with the Perkins heirs for
their dedication of right-of-way and construction easements for Heartz Road. They
have all agreed to donate the right-of-way, slope easement, and construction easement,
and pro rata agreement with ABQ on one condition. They are requesting that the City
obtain an independent appraisal of the property that they are donating to the City. I
gather that this would be something that they would use to support the value of their
donation for income tax purposes.
I told them that I would I go ahead and prepare the papers so that we could
start getting their signatures. She mentioned that one party lives in Houston and that
they would be seeing that party over the July 4th holiday. I told her that we would
go ahead and try to get all the signatures prior to that date, but that if we were unable
to get the Houston party's signature by the July 4th holiday, then she could take the
papers to them for execution.
