Keith - per our conversation, attached is one of the initial layout thoughts we had for the Southwester lot.
As I mentioned I did not do a thorough review of your development code prior to drafting this, so it may not
meet all of your landscape, setback and orientation criteria. However, it is somewhat indicative of the type
of development we think might work on the site. Once I have an opportunity to discuss with Benjamin
what is July travel schedule is we may want to schedule a time to sit down with you and the planning staff
to discuss the site.
