I reviewed the payment application and I would like to clarify the following items:
Item No. 14A Relocate Existing Mailbox
Its shows that is completed, but I found that several mailboxes have not been buried. Please see attached
pictures
Items No. 58 A; 59A; 65A; 66A (Bridge)
The total amount charged is higher than the scheduled valued. I do not remember any change order in regard
these items.
In addition Driveway at STA. 2 +01.8 appears that was built without the ridge shown on the plans. It shall be
built as shown on the plans to avoid any conflict on this property.
