Gentlemen,
The City of Coppell has reviewed the proposed alternatives to replacement of the bridge rail already
constructed on the south side of the bridge. While we would not have selected the rail that was built, we
will not pursue removing it any further. As such, the contractor may make the necessary arrangements to
construct the rail on the north side to match the exiting one.
