Also enclosed are copies of Sheet Numbers 2 (the Final Plat), 8 and 10 of the construction plans containing revisions from our May 26th submittal in response to aforementioned comments as follows: A. Easements: The easements shown for reference on the Final Plat outside of the street Right-of-Way are in accordance with descriptions contained in previously submitted instruments. Roberts and Dowdey have advised.~A~ me that an easement is dedicated on the Coppell Health Care Center Plat which will contain the box culvert headwall on the west side of Heartz Road . Therefore a separate instrument for this easement was not prepared. ABQ Development Corporation and Univest Development Company are preparing executed documents to be attached · behalf~.~..~ ~ to the legal descriptions of each easement On , Coppell of our client we request that the City. of stipulation that executed easements must be submitte to and approved by the City. B. Sanitary Sewer Grade: The proposed grade of sanitar'A~ '~s~' sewer Line A between Stations 44+68.86 and 44+83.00.~ha been corrected as shown on Sheet No. 8. C.
