Gentlemen,
We have looked at the new location, and have no objection to this proposal. I agree with Matt that the manhole will likely
be necessary if this stub out is used in the future, but does not appear to be needed at this time.
We also intend to eliminate the manhole located at station 0+00 as part of our change order to add the new areal crossing.

I received a message from Kody stating that the area to the south of the
proposed location for Lat B-1 stub out (STA 1+06.8) was paved. The
attached sketch shows a new location for this stub out at the original
Sta 0+48.12. We maintain the 3" clearance at the storm drain crossing
location as shown. This new stub out location request to install a 4'
manhole as shown. I would like to know any comments from the City before
we proceed with the updated drawing and also request to the contractor
does not pave the area until we resolve this issue.
