I visited the site this afternoon. It looks as though they have spaced all the A and B bars in span 1 at 6" c.c., but
have not done so for span 2 yet. If span one is the only span being poured tomorrow, or the bar spacing is
adjusted in span 2 for 6" c.c then there should be no problem. Some of the U bars for the rail need to be
straightened also. I also noticed that on bent 2, the top of the eawall has been chipped off a bit. This will need to
be patched up, but is not necessary for the slab pour tomorrow.

On January 20, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Ashlar Construction a subcontractor of Lacy Construction will pour one
additional span on the Southwestern Blvd. Bridge in Coppell. This email is to inform all concerned parties who may
need to inspect this portion of work prior to concrete placement. Both the Lab and City of Coppell Inspection have
been notified of the bridge pour. If you have any questions you can reach me at 214-535-4825.
