COMMENTS:
At the time of the visit laborers were installing the pavement steel from Belt Line to the Creek. Traffic was
open through the new road from Coppell Road to near the bridge. Water main is complete from Coppell Road
to the creek and also the storm drainage pipes installation. The rest of the utilities are under construction.
Pavement poured looks good. No evidence of cracks. Several driveways to access the properties were
constructed. Driveway at Sta. 2 +01.8 seems that was constructed too high. I recommend checking elevations
to avoid future conflict to access this property. Wastewater is under construction from the bridge to Belt Line
Road. Storm drain main line is almost done from the bridge to Belt Line. Inlet protections and erosion control
look good. Batch plant was working.
