Dear Mr. Ratliff:
I am in receipt of your letter dated May 23, 1989
documenting the stipulations for the passage of Heartz Road final
plat. I appreciate the letter.
I do have one point of clarification though. The City of
Coppell's Pro Rata Ordinance allows for a ten (10) year
eligibility period for reimbursement. During our discussions it
was my understanding that the eligibility period would be
extended to no less than fifteen (15) years for this pro rata.
If you feel this is incorrect please let me know.
