We request a proposal for the following alternatives: Option 1 - Sawcut concrete around each Type "C" window leaving #7 bars in place. Rebuild as Type "A "window. See attached sketch for details. Option 2 - Remove existing bridge rail and rebuild with Type "A" windows.
