to the Contract Documents described herein. Within Zero (0) days, the Contractor must submit this proposal or
notify the Architect, in writing, of the date on which proposal submission is anticipated.

DESCRIPTION (Insert a written description of the Work):
The City rejected type "C" window as it was built on the bridge rail. (Type T411.) We request a proposal for the
following alternatives:
Option 1 - Sawcut concrete around each Type "C" window leaving #7 bars in place. Rebuild as Type "A "window.
See attached sketch for details.
Option 2 - Remove existing bridge rail and rebuild with Type "A" windows.
