Dear Mr. Chester:
For the purpose of documenting our files, per the Coppell City
Council meeting held Tuesday, March 28, 1989, it was Council's
desire that the following stipulations be met prior to Council's
approval of the final plat for Heartz Road:
ABQ will bear the entire cost of the paving of Heartz Road
and in return the City will obtain the right-of-way through
imminent domain proceedings and will protect ABQ's rights to
reimbursement with a pro-rata ordinance.
The minutes reflect that the preliminary plat be approved for a
four-lane roadway and that the City draft a pro-rata ordinance to
be considered at a later date.
