RE: Heartz Road half section
Dear Mr. Ratliff:
The purpose of this letter is to summarize the agreement,
between ABQ and the city of Coppell, regarding the acquisition of
right-of-way and proposed construction of Heartz Road adjacent to
the Perkins tract.
ABQ Development Corporation agrees to cause the construction
of Heartz Road with full roadway section width, as shown on the
approved plans, adjacent to and along the length of the Perkins
tract.
This will be done if the city of Coppell acquires the needed
right-of-way for construction of the full roadway width along the
Perkins tract. Also, the City will allow a pro-rata be placed on
the Perkins tract for the cost of the improvements and the pro-
rata will be in effect for a period of no less than 15 years.
