Scott,
ST 07-02 will be complete reconstruction of the roadway. We are currently discussing this project with the owner of the
railroad ROW to determine what can be done to upgrade the crossing itself. We may be upgrading some utility crossings of
the railroad too.
At the time of the meeting we expect to have 60% plans to distribute on this project.
