I'm working on ramping up my project team for the Bethel project to
finish out the job. Our electrical engineer wanted me to send this to
you again. Do you have a contact at TXU that could verify the
availability of these poles and fixtures? If not, we can try to find
someone. Also, you should look at them again to make sure that this is
still what the City wants out there.
I'll be at the meeting on Tuesday. Maybe we could get this answered at
that utility coordination meeting?

Tricia,
I have attached information we received from the City on light pole and
light pole fixtures (1/10/2005). Will you verify this is still what
they would like? If there are any changes in the fixture types then I
will have to redo my lighting calculations. The light poles and fixture
shown in the attachment were sent directly to the City from TXU (Oncor).
I do not believe the electrical group had any communication with TXU
(Oncor) for this project. Either Glenn Goebel or the City had been
coordinating with TXU. I would recommend having the City check with TXU
to verify these poles and fixtures are still available to the City by
TXU.
