These plans are approximately 90%. I've placed them on our ftp site. If you have any questions or issues, let me know thanks. -----Original Message----- From: Keith Marvin [mailto:kmarvin@ci.coppell.tx.us] Sent: Wednesday, October 01, 2008 11:47 AM To: mikehcook@hotmail.com; charles.braggs@oncor.com; Jeffery.Curry@oncor.com; Richard.Brewster@oncor.com; michael.wisniewski@tritextech.com; david.cheney@twcable.com; mike.rassmusen@twcable.com; warren.fyffe@twcable.com; kelly.baumann@verizon.com Cc: Caleb Thornhill; Dave Littleton; jrodriguez@halff.com Subject: Utility Coordination Followup I wanted to follow up on our utility coordination meeting from the 18th. I know some of you were unable to attend due to Hurricane Ike. As we discussed, Southwestern Blvd. is our next project to go to construction. The project limits are from South Coppell Road to Beltline. We are prepared to begin construction as soon as utilities have been relocated. Permits have been issued to Atmos, Verizon, and Oncor. Atmos is on the ground working at this time. Verizon indicated they were trying to secure poles for an Oncor/Verizon build on the north side of the road. Any Progress? The ROW is secure for the Bethel Road project from Penfolds to Denton Tap. I understand Oncor will be burying the overhead lines between Armstrong and Denton Tap. I have reviewed and approved the permit for Atmos to begin their relocations for this project. This project will begin as soon as the bridge on Southwestern Blvd. is open to traffic (April or May '09). Coppell Road South will begin construction in March 2009. I have met with the Atmos representatives to discuss their work. No permits have been issued out here yet. I will be hosting a meeting on October 16th at 2:00pm here at City Hall to discuss these three projects in particular. Please try to attend so we can ensure we are all on the same page. As always I am available one on one to discuss these projects either in the office or in the field. I will host this meeting monthly with this group on these three projects at least until we are under construction. Thanks. Keith
