Would the city entertain the idea of adding an item for 4"-6" temp. HMAC along the East side of
Coppell Rd? The reason being is there's not enough room to pave the West 1/2 of the road with a paving
machine. The plans show approx. 11'-14' from the East edge of existing pavement to proposed
centerline. You've got to have at least 2' for your paving machine and if you add another 2'-3' for
concrete barriers that leaves approx. 6'-9' for traffic. I know that it's late in the game but I think it's
something that needs to be considered.
