Dear Russell:
Enclosed are two sets of construction plans of proposed
improvements for Heartz Road between Sandy Lake Road and Parkway
Boulevard in Coppell, Texas. Our last submittal to the city on
April 13, 1989 included revisions based on comments received from
the Department of Public Works and from Mr. Kevin Peiffer, P.E.
of Ginn, Inc. provided to me in our meeting on April 7, 1989.
v/Since our last submittal to the city, the following revisions
have been made.
1. The plans have been revised in accordance with
additional comments received from Mr. Kevin Peiffer
based on our April 13th submittal.
2. Plans for brick facing on proposed box culvert
headwalls have been included.
3. Plans have been revised in accordance with comments
received from Mr. Dan Dowdey, P.E., Roberts & Dowdey
Civil Engineers, engineers for Univest and the Coppell
Health Care Center. The revisions generally included
the following:
A. Increase in the size of proposed Storm Drain Line
"C" to a 54 inch R.C.P.
B. Adjustment of the low point near Station 15+00 to
avoid conflict with a proposed driveway for the
Health Care Center.
C. Lowering of the proposed grade shown on our
submittal of April 13, 1989 from station 7+00 to
Parkway Boulevard by approximately 0.5 feet.

D. Adjustment of the Sanitary Sewer manhole
previously shown at street station 15+25 to street
station 14+90.
E. Deletion of the eight inch water service to the
west at street station 15+25.
A separate submittal of these plans along with a copy of this
letter are being delivered to Ginn, Inc. and to Roberts & Dowdey.
~"Also enclosed is a report of our meeting yesterday concerning
sight distance at the Heartz Road - Sandy Lake Road intersection.
In addition six sets of construction plans for subgrade
preparation in Heartz Road are enclosed. On behalf of ABQ
Development Corporation, I request that the city authorize us to
proceed with this portion of the construction at this time.
