The bid tab looks good. Thanks.
About the letter,
1. JRJ has worked for the city before on several projects. We have been satisfied with their work.
2. The inconsistences in their bid seem greater in the letter than I understand them to be. I was thinking wrong bid tab,
missing bid item, and one apparent addition error on item 122.
3. I thought the bid tab they sent us afterward represented a written confirmation on the unit price for Item 156.
4. The calendar Day Count for XIT was 250.
A slight revision and we will be good to go.

I've modified the Bid Tabs to print 11x17 and to show items and bidders clearer. I've also attached the proposed Letter of
Award. I still haven't heard back from a couple of the cities. I've tried the again today. If I hear back before Tuesday, I'll
update the letter. Also, I've addressed it Ken. Let me know if I should address it to you instead.
Review both and let me know if you have questions.
