I discussed the request for information relative to the Kimbel Kourt bid
with our Purchasing Manager. He has advised me not to release the CAD
files. It looks like you will need to do a take off from the sections

This letter is to inform you that if the above mentioned street can be closed down in either 1
or 2 sections then their will be a deduct from item 2 traffic control.
If the north section, from approximately 5 +95 — 14 +10, is closed then the deduct for the north section
will be $22,914.00
If the south section, from approximately 15 +00 — 20 +30, is closed then the deduct for the south
section will be $18,126.00
If both the north and south sections are closed then the total deduct will be $41,040.00
