We are making the recommendation to City Council on the 14th to close
the road from Southwestern to 400 feet south of Bethel.

As long as they are able to get in and out before they are in the way

I had an inquiry about the fence along the east side of this project. A
gentleman has asked if he can salvage some of the posts and a gate. I
told him that our contract with JRJ included removal and disposal, and
that it was my opinion that the material would belong to JRJ.
Do you guys plan to salvage this material? Would you object to someone
going out and removing what they could use?
