Dear Mr. Martin:
Enclosed is a copy of the Final Plat for Heartz Road from Sandy
Lake Road to Parkway Boulevard in Coppell, Texas. This final
plat has been approved by the City Planning and Zoning Commission
on April 20, 1989 and is scheduled on the City Council agenda of
May 9, 1989 for Final Approval. The proposed improvements lie
within the boundaries of the Coppell Municipal Utility District
No. 1.
Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage and Paving Improvements
will be constructed by ABQ Development Corporation. Mr. Jay
Chester of ABQ is the Project Manager. Their address is P O Box
25625, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87125.
ABQ Development requests execution of a Project Agreement with
the Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1 for water, sanitary
sewer, and storm drainage improvements in proposed Heartz Road as
appropriate. Plans for these improvements are nearing final
approval from the City of Coppell. A cost opinion for water,
sanitary sewer and storm drainage improvements in Heartz Road is
enclosed. A copy of the construction plans currently under
review by the City is being provided with a copy of this letter
to your engineers, Pierce Lunsford, Inc.
I request that consideration of a Project Agreement for water,
sanitary sewer and storm drainage improvements in Heartz Road be
placed on the agenda for the next CMUD No. 1 meeting, which I
understand will be on May 9, 1989. Please advise me if you need
any additional information and of any requirements regarding
specifications, bidding, insurance, bonding, material
requirements, testing, notifications or other requirements of
CMUD No. 1. Thank you.
