Sheet 3: Sewer — class G embedment for new line but what about old line? How are we going to protect it from the lime mixer? Sheet 4: #15 Signs — are we replacing all signs? Sheet 8: Show new vault & BFR on west Deforest & Modify traffic signal pole location Sheet 10: Show pavement alley repair near water adjustments (typ). Sheet 12: End of TxDOT wall — keep at elevation 462.12 and don't drop. Sheet 13: Missing text for label @ 26 +00 Sheet 14: Show alley pavement repair. The existing sewer service is actually east of middle driveway. Sheet 15: Revise BFR. Median nose stamp is max 15' (15' +7'). Sheet 18: 844 Deforest — Owner change Sheets 25: Add small inlet on lat B -5b. Sheet 26: Shade prop. Sd in plan view like other sheets Sheet 29: Keep BFR on NW corner. Sheet 37: Opticom — we are transitioning to Multimode GPS & IR. The VIVDS has changed to Autoscope Encore. Sheet 38: Show vault for force main & modify pole location. Sheet 41: Remove 2 Opticom cables between Samuel & Deforest. Should be able to program signal controller from one to communicate to other via fiber. Sheet 55: Buttons — 3M Series 290. Only 3M Stamark or approved equal on markings not thermoplastic. Sheet 57: No turn lane markings /arrows (not required). Move stop bars 4' from crosswalk. Sheet Retaining Wall Detail: Show finish grade on cross section. Sheet 66: Station 24 +13.1 6.9% is too steep for owner's car please modify slope & extend a little further into lot. For remainder of comments see plans. There may be additional comments throughout the plans that should be addressed. Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised full size plans to the City for review.
