RE: Repairs Needed Under Maintenance Bond
Rolling Oaks Memorial Center
Rick,
We completed the work associated with our maintenance bond listed in your letter dated
August 17, 2011 the week of August 22, 2011. As we previously discussed the funeral
home parking lot was under a private contract and held a one year warranty and no
maintenance agreement.
I sent an email on August 31, 2011 to confirm that we had completed the work and asked
if there were any issues with the work that had been completed. I did not receive a
response from you, so we are assuming this work was completed to your satisfaction and
there are no further issues to be addressed regarding the Maintenance Bond which expires
tomorrow.
