RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner / owner’s representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre-construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner / owner representative’s responsibility to notify the following
parties:
Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
Geotechnical firm
Project Engineer
Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
SWPPP representative
